Shipping And Handling DELIVERY CHARGES
General Delivery Information

You may select one of the following two delivery methods at the final billing page:
Standard Delivery - cost £2.95 OR FREE for orders over £30.00 .
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within 28 business days.
Special items from stock will be dispatched within 48 hours.
If at any time you receive an item or order from Trimit that has a manufacturers fault, or that you are unsatisfied with, then provided that you return the item within fourteen (14) days of receipt we will - depending on the circumstances - refund your account as required. (*All special orders and pre-cut trimmings are exempt from return).
Part refunds will be issued for any unwanted items that are returned to us in their original condition within the time limit (14 days) referred to above. These items must be received by us in their original condition, and packaging. These refunds will only cover the cost of the item and not any return postal charges you may incur.
Full refunds will be issued for faulty items, where the return is as a result of our error, or a product fault.
Trimit.Net recommends that all returns be made by recorded delivery. Trimit does NOT accept responsibility for damages or losses by the carrier whilst in return transit. (*Please note: A certificate of postage is not proof of receipt)
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Trimit.Net does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.
Customers should note that due to the unique trimmings trimit supply they cannot accept returns as once trimmings are cut to required lengths they cannot be re-stocked.
